The High Line House at Solstice

The Highline House
The Highline House

Just yards away from the High Line Canal and High Line Trail, the High Line House is Solstice’s community clubhouse and pool.

The house has a scenic outdoor gathering area with a firepit, as well as a large indoor room that can be rented out for parties, and doubles as a co-working and gathering space during the day. The HOA frequently hosts events such as wine tasting and comedy nights here. (There is a small indoor kitchen which they use for these occasions, as well as for light meals available for purchase during the summer)

Across from the great room is the fitness center with a small workout area and yoga room. The workout area has free weights, cable machines, treadmills, and various accessories such as medicine balls. It’s not much, but without any gyms nearby, a short walk to the clubhouse is the best we’ve got.

Outside of the fitness center is the community pool, which is a mid-sized lap pool with an attached splash-pad area for the kids. There are chairs and umbrellas, although snagging one can be difficult when the pool is near capacity during the summer (and the neighborhood isn’t even halfway built out yet).

Once great aspect of the clubhouse is that Shea gave it plenty of parking spaces. If you are looking at Sterling Ranch, you know their clubhouse parking is very limited. We have nearly 3x as many spaces and much less residents.
