  • Time to DIA: ~50 minutes
  • Time to Ski Resorts: ~1 hour 30 minutes (see more times here)
  • Home Builder: Shea Homes
  • Internet Speeds: 1 gigabit fiber internet
  • Schools: Douglas County School District - Roxborough Primary, Roxborough Intermediate, Ranch View Middle School, and Thunderridge High School (future schools located, some located in nearby Sterling Ranch, are also anticipated)
  • HOA: Yes, Advance HOA currently oversees the HOA. The community clubhouse has a gym, pool, and regular neighborhood events.
  • Home Plans: Five collections, each with five plans each for a total of 25 floor plans
  • Open Space: About 132 acres, with six miles of trails and two community parks.
  • Utilities: Gas and electric via Xcel, Trash via the Waste Connections, Water via Centennial Water
  • Apartments: None, Solstice contains single family homes only. Apartments and Townhomes are available in Sterling Ranch however.
